Poetry Classes are being offered to Adults in the Area to support the art of Poetry. Poetry has so many health benefits and a great way to have meaningful fun. Poetry reduces stress levels, lowers blood pressure, and allows an avenue to express one's deepest truths in a creative way. Come and ENJOY so FUN!
